We're thrilled to share that The GAIA World has taken its first step into the global arena, showcasing our latest Kaftaan collection at the DIVAlicious event in Mumbai! As a UAE-based sustainable fashion brand, we're passionate about bringing together unique fabrics, skilled artisans, and cultural influences to create something truly special.
Our Collection:
Our Kaftaan collection was crafted from upcycled fabrics, handpicked from local markets in the UAE, including a wonderful Pakistani shop owner who contributed to our collection. These fabrics were then brought to life by skilled artisans from Bangladesh based in UAE, showcasing the beauty of global collaboration.
The Event:
The DIVAlicious event, held at the NSCI Dome in Worli, Mumbai, was a celebration of fashion, art, and culture. With over 100 brands and 12 sponsors/media partners, it was an incredible platform for us to showcase our designs. We're grateful for the opportunity to connect with shoppers and fashion enthusiasts in India.
