Q. How can I get my order delivered faster?

Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the delivery of order.

Q. My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.

In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.

Q. How are orders placed on The Gaia World delivered to me?

All orders placed on The Gaia World are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, Pidge, BlueDart, UPS, DHL, fenix, etc.

Q Who will deliver my order?

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and email us at care@thegaiaworld.com or Call/Whatsapp us at +971 504476431 Monday to Sunday, between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST.

Q Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?

No

Q If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?

Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
